Some paper loss at edges and a few water stains at edges, folds and age toning, otherwise fine and scarce.

Great Britain, document dated 30 April 1793 of Sir James Sanderson Knight, Lord Mayor of the City of London, whereby his late Majesty King George the second instituted an act for the more easy recovery of debts in His Majesty's Plantations and Colonies in America, certified that Conrad Coulhurst appeared before him and the Lord Mayor caused the Seal of the Office of Mayoralty of the said City of London to be affixed and the document being an Indenture of Lease to be annexed, with impressed paper seal affixed at one side and the document written under signature of Windale, document on paper with one of the earliest known and scarcest of the Britannia watermark types, also with impressed duty stamp at top left. Loss of paper at left edge, paper split near seal and small split at right lower edge, otherwise fine and scarce.
