Great Britain, large vellum Indenture, 1765, being an agreement of five parts between William Mayo of Charmouth, County of Dorset and his marriage to Sarah already solemnized and four other parties, dated 16 March 1765, for use of messuage and lands, with Royal arms drawn at top left and signed and sealed by all parties, with affixed duty stamp, on reverse marked Release in Fee for suffering a Recovery as to the use of a messuage and lands; large vellum Indenture being an agreement of four parts between Joseph and John Hall and another to William Northgate, dated 21 October 1808, for sale of rights to use of a barn and land at High Closes in Parish of Horsley, County of Derby, with small Royal arms drawn at top left and signed and sealed by all parties, with affixed duty stamp, back with all relevant endorsements and signatures. Age toning, otherwise fine. (2)
