Clayton Sct., printed in black ink on vellum by Wm.Moffitt; also, unissued, Municipality of Clarence, Water Reticulation Instalment Debenture for £622 19s 5d, 10th October 1957. The first named to an important person in colonial New South Wales, this certificate is of great historical significance, good very fine and very rare. (2)
