Deep gun metal grey toned, well struck up on the obverse, good very fine with obverse being nearly extremely fine on the right hand side, a most attractive example of Australia's first coin.

Traces of obverse bust on obverse, reverse arms clear on reverse, slightly off-centre with tight collar causing part of right obverse legend to be off flan, attractive dark toned, good very fine with clear H (for Henshall) on the reverse, nearly always absent on this variety, very rare as such.
