K4A/Wedgwood portrait medallion/From the Thomas Cook engraving of Pingo's/Royal Society Medal 1784 (Alfred Flaxman?)/From the original Type 2A moulds/Limited Edition of 200 commissioned by/Maggs Bros/in 1968 to Commemorate the departure/of Cook and Banks on their first voyage/in 1768'.
