Zeus seated on throne to left, eagle in outstretched hand, club to right forepart of Pegasos in left field, to right **ALEXANDROU*, (cf.S.6713, Price 44, Troxell Studies C5). Test cut on head, nearly very fine.

Zeus seated on throne to left, eagle in outstretched hand, **BASILEW[S]* to right, **ALEXANDROU* to left, Corinthian helmet to right above **DA* in left field, monogram A/**PO* under throne, (cf.S.6713, Price 1059, BMC 1059, M.480, Karayotov type 67 No.553-581 [same obverse die]). Large flan, sharp eye, good very fine minor surface roughness.

Toned, large flan with centred reverse, distinctive head and lion skin, type of very late style, extremely fine and rare.

Uneven flan, very fine and a rare monogram.
