Colony of New South Wales, Sydney District, Town Lot, dated 22 September 1846, in the Town of Bathurst, for a property of two roods, at a cost of thirty two pounds, purchased by James William Bligh, on vellum with red wax seal, signed by Governor Sir Charles Augustus FitzRoy; Conveyance of Premises in Bathurst, dated 20 February 1851, between James William Bligh, to Messrs TH Stewart, D Kennedy and Kirkpatrick D Stewart, two large vellum pages folded, signed and sealed; also a reconveyance on paper dated 3rd April 1905, from The Union Bank of Australia Limited to Mrs Elizabeth Evans and Another, for property on Battery Point Hobart, signed and sealed.
