(revised chronology), obv. head of Athena Parthenos to right wearing triple-crested Athenian helmet, ornamented with Pegasus, rev. owl standing to right, head facing, in erect posture, on prostrate amphora [B] on amphora, eagle right on fulman to left, legend across **A QE, to right **EPI/GENH /SWSAN/DROS* to left **MO/SCI*, HPA below, all within wreath, (cf.S.2555, cf.Thompson 442-4); Thrace, Black Sea Area, Apollonia Pontica, (4th century B.C.), reduced silver drachm, (2.01 g), obv. anchor, crayfish to right and A to left, rev.
