ENGLISH CORONATION OF CHARLES II, 1661, in silver (28mm) by Thomas Simon (M.I.I.472/76, plate XLV/7; Eimer 219), obverse, crowned bust of Charles II in ermine robes, collar and badge of the Garter, reverse, Peace hovering over the enthroned king and placing a crown on his head. Hairlines, one time polished fields, otherwise very fine.
