Julius Caesar and Octavian, plated denarius (as a fouree), (2.350 grams), issued 43 B.C., travelling mint, obv. DIVOS IVLIVS DIVI F, laureate heads of Julius Caesar and Octavian face to face, rev. Has lost most of the silver plating, copper core visible in places, otherwise portraits silver and nearly very fine, the rest fine, very rare.
