France-Vichy. Croix de Guerre L.V.F. Very rare, very fine. $ The 'Legion Volontaire Francaise' consisted of volunteers who fought on the eastern front against the Russians in 1941. This award is very rare as after the war, recipients were prosecuted, executed or sentenced to long prison sentences. Even possession of this award could be a capital offence.
