York of Roy Productions, Inc. regarding the payment of one percent of the gross weekly proceeds from the production of the play, The Boys from Syracuse, written by Rodgers and Hammerstein, signed in ink by Richard Rogers, and also agreed to with signature of Richard O York, the second is the signature of Oscar Hammerstein on an off-white card (approx 12.5x7.5cm) and with his printed name and address in New York affixed to the bottom right corner of the card. A few creases and folds, otherwise fine.

I offer to do things handsome and to send you back in the flyer.', matted and a b&w photo of Thackeray, also matted, framed under glass (approx 18.5x34cm). With uniform shade of toning, heavier along edges, scattered areas of damp staining and a mild haloing effect throughout much of the text, otherwise very good.
