Beetle brooch, in gold (9ct; 5.07g; 74x21mm), by Aronson & Co, features a sword with a three-quarter moon at the centre and inside this is a flying beetle, the sword is decorated with nine imitation pearls, the moon is decorated with six small sapphire-like stones and five imitation pearls and the insect is decorated with a ruby-like stone, a sapphire-like stone and two imitation pearls, pin-back with safety chain.
