Ancient British, North Thames Region, Catuvellauni, Uninscribed coins, Ingoldisthorpe Zigzag type, (c.65-55 B.C.), gold stater, (6.40 g), obv. wreath motif with leaves facing downwards, rev. sinuous horse to right with short raised tail, oval shape below, small pellet daisy and large pellets above, triquetra in front, large pellet below, zigzag exergual line with pellets between, (S.20B var, ABC 2424, Van A -, NT 4-5, BMC -, M -). Toned, very heavy for issue, struck in good gold, full horse with clear triquetra, good very fine - nearly extremely fine and extremely rare.

Nice smooth surfaces in attractive rose gold, full horse of fine style, nearly extremely fine/extremely fine and scarce.
