New Zealand, 1973 series 10c royal stamp perf 13 1/2 x 13 no wmk., SG 1017a, multicoloured strip of 10 from column 5 downwards from a sheet that had the silver printing of NZ arms omitted on the first four rows down and partially omitted on the fifth row down, this lot includes a photocopy of original BPA Expert Committe report on the entire sheet and a note that this strip comes from the vertical column 5 downwards; the lot also includes a row of 10 stamps with red hair ribbon omitted (SG 1017d) and this hair ribbon exhibiting various positions across the row of 10, also includes a single stamp with missing red, also includes a strip of 5 stamps missing the blue on ribbon and the words New Zealand on three of these stamps (cf.SG 1017c).
