RAN sailor's cap, complete with HMAS Voyager cap tally. Stamped inside, 'R.A.N. passed D. Forbes 63/4'. HMAS Voyager was lost after collision with HMAS Melbourne south east of Jervis Bay ACT the night of 10 February 1964, with a loss of eighty two personnel. Very fine.
