Nearly very fine for issue, and very rare.

Lion attacking a stag on right, legend in Aramaic off flan. Very fine and very rare.

Off centre on obverse and less so on the reverse, otherwise extremely fine with very sharp ethnic.

TIBE/PIAC within wreath, (Hendin 64 [$850 US], Meshorer Vol.2, Pl.6, No.9, S.5548). Poorly struck as usual, of similar quality to most known specimens, some surface pitting on the obverse, otherwise very good/fine and extremely rare.

Phoenicia, Tyre, (c.2nd century B.C. - 1st century A.D.), silver shekel or tetradrachm, (14.33 grams), Tyre mint, issued 76-75 B.C., obv. laureate head of Melqarth beardless to right, rev. eagle to left with closed wings, carrying palm, standing on prow of ship, club to left, to left AN ( = 51 (= 76-5 B.C.), to right **D*, Phoenician letter between legs, around **TYPOU IEPAS KAI ASULOU*, (S.5918, cf.BMC 141, H. 917 [305]). Large broad flan and slightly off centred on reverse, about as struck, extremely fine and rare in this condition.

Phoenicia, Tyre, (c.2nd century B.C. - 1st century A.D.), silver shekel or tetradrachm, (13.40 grams), Jerusalem mint, A.D. 5-6, obv. laureate head of Melqarth beardless to right, rev. eagle to left with closed wings, carrying palm, standing on prow of ship, club to left, to left trace of P**LA* ( = 131 [= A.D. 5-6], to right KP, over monogram of **FD*, Phoenician letter between legs, around **[TUROU IERAS] KAI ASUL[OU]*, (S.5918, cf.BMC 197, H.919 [307]). Scratches on the obverse and reverse, some porosity, otherwise good fine/ very good, and a rare date.
