Articles of Partnership, 1784, being a large vellum agreement for a business partnership between James Taylor of Liverpool in the County of Lancaster, ironmonger and Spencer Speers, also of Liverpool, for a period of fourteen years commencing on first day of May 1789, no signatures and duty stamps removed. Foxing, good.

Letter dated 7 Nov 1823, handwritten in ink, from W. MacDonnell to James G. Danron Esq of the Bank of Scotland, about the banks 'Process of Forthcoming' in relation to a debt, with impression of a stamp at top left corner, 'Nov/7/1823'. Some loss of paper at edges in a few places, otherwise mostly free of foxing, fine.

Good fine.
