Tasmania Police Force, helmet plate (KC) in brass (92x100mm), the first style of helmet plate with King's Crown worn by Tasmania Police Force from c1901 to 1945 and very rare, together with a brass number 597 as worn on collar, both mounted under glass in a black timber frame (approx 39x54.5cm), and above this pair is a b&w photo of policemen with rifles at the ready and wearing the helmet plate. The helmet plate fine, the rest extremely fine.
