Bahamas, souvenir medal in silver (28mm), hallmarked for Birmingham 1959 by maker PPLd (Payton, Pepper & Sons Ltd), with ring top suspension with ribbon attached, obverse, ship inside a garter with KC above and below BAHAMAS in scroll, the legend in the garter is 'Expulsis Piratis Commercia Restituta' (Pirates Expelled - Commerce Restored), reverse is blank.
