Germany, Flossenburg Concentration Camp, one mark, premium blue issued 1944, with additional hand overstamp of Waffen SS, Flossenburg was built near the Czech border in Bavaria, had 93 subcamps and was considered by SS to be a 'hard regime' camp, this second series of notes was issued in 1944 and the circular stamp placed on the note was the official stamp of the S.S. commander of Flossenburg, these premium notes were the only notes known to have circulated at this camp, (Campbell No. 3972b (2), Feller & Feller GE-188). Some marks, half cm tear at right, otherwise extremely fine and rare.

Germany, Oranienburg Concentration Camp, ten pfennig, located near Berlin, converted to a concentration camp in 1933 and closed in 1935; Sachsenhausen camp was built near the site of Oranienburg, all notes were produced in 1933, (Campbell 4037b, S&B 1062, Feller & Feller GE-102) (together with 50 pfennig reproduction in black and white). Original notes from this camp are extremely rare, fine; pin hole, otherwise nearly uncirculated. (2)

Germany-Czechoslovakia, Theresienstadt Concentration (Ghetto) Camp, one, two, five, ten, twenty, fifty and one hundred kronen notes, issued 1943, the values from one to ten krone have plate numbers, twenty to one hundred krone with Numbers 013890,012076,006553, (Campbell No. 4111-4117, Feller & Feller CZ650-656), all of the Theresienstadt notes are dated 1.1.1943, two years after the Ghetto was established, they were issued by the "Council of Elders" and signed by its committee head, Jacob Edelstein, this currency had no real economic value, while food and clothing stores existed in the Ghetto, goods were purchased by trading in special coupons issued periodically, these camp notes were part of a grand facade, geared towards impressing the Red Cross and other foreign visitors frequenting the Ghetto, despite their limited use the notes were printed in large quantities from 159,000 for the 50 kronen note to 2,000,000 for the one krone note, large quantities of these notes were found after the war. Nearly uncirculated- uncirculated. (7)
