Kushan, Huvishka, (c.A.D. 158-195), gold stater (dinar), (7.728 grams), obv. three-quarter length bust of king, holding small ankus and sceptre, legend around, rev. radiate sun god Mithra standing left wearing sword and diaphanous cloak, small garland behind right shoulder, hand extended left, tamgha below, MIOPO to right (cf.G”bl 292/1 [same dies], cf.M.3201 [quarter stater], Gobl 266 [same dies]). Very fine, rare and an interesting type.

Off centre obverse, good silver, very fine and very rare.

Turkish style figure seated in low throne, holding globe (Jupiter), rev. five line legend, (A.1830.11, S/S 48, cf. Edhem 101). Good very fine, touch of green, overstruck twice on S/S 47 and S/S 46.
