Very slightly dished flan, good very fine/very fine, attractively toned and very rare, one of the finest known of Charles III holey dollars.

Countermarks sharp and clear, central hole not fully punched out in one quarter, i.e. off centre, some dark oxidation (from burial) on edge of matrix, otherwise attractive grey toned, good, very fine and very rare, an interesting specimen with an historical provenance.

Attractively toned on the obverse, good very fine and very rare in this condition, one of the finest known in this die state.
