Fiji, World War II emergency issue, printer's proof, one shilling, 1st January 1942, complete sheet of six notes INCLUDING ONE MISPRINTED NOTE in the top right corner. The 'plate' appears to have broken across the top quarter of the note, resulting in part of the legend and frame in the corner of this note being printed out of alignment. The note has been lightly cancelled by two diagonal 'pencil' lines on the right half plus a heavier blue pencil diagonal cross in the form of an 'X'. Very rare as a complete misprinted sheet. Nearly uncirculated.

Blaxland, signed by four Directors and printed on 'SYDNEY BANKING COMPANY' watermarked paper, imprint on lower right of 'H.C. Jervis Sc.', endorsed on the back by 'J.Blaxland'. Centre hole and thirteen other holes, many folds and creases nearly fine, very rare.
