Xmas 1912' and on the other side, 'from L.G.H. & J.C.', and similarly at the bottom, 'James Xmas 1969' and 'from Nan & Noel', and another goblet (approx 15cm high) in silver hallmarked for 1946 and at the top is inscribed a Jewish Menorah symbol, below this is a Jewish inscription and inscribed below this in 4-lines, 'Presented/For Efficiency/By/Sam and Rose Markman'. Norway, set of six 0.830 fine silver spoons, c 1905, hallmarked A.S.H.830S (Adlak Sorenson Hodne), the spoon ladles feature a standing lion wearing a crown and holding an halberd axe and with a palm tree in the background, the handle and end of the spoon are extensively decorated and the plain centre of the end piece is identically engraved on all spoons, 'A.W./M.W.'.
