Circular); Ceylon Medical College founded 1870, 'The Nielsen Medal for Practical Anatomy 1905' in silver (42 mm), edge inscribed E.C.SPAAR with clasp suspension. Fine - very fine, the fourth excessively rare if not unique (5).
