With brooch bar suspender, in original green case of issue with gold blocked Irish text and 1916 on lid and with official note 'With the Compliments of the/President of Ireland', the reverse in Irish text, the case with some staining on bottom and some paper loss on edges, the ribbon dirty, otherwise uncirculated and scarce.
