Accompanied by a printed form of a notice of protest printed by George Howe, Sydney, 1813, signed by Ellis Bent, Judge Advocate of the Territory of New South Wales, showing that Blaxcell had not paid by 16th August 1813. Stained on right hand side, good fine and extremely rare.

Both cross cancelled in ink as paid 1871 and with CBC inked rubber stamp INVERELL and both signed by Hugh Wyndham. The first issued to Brodie (cf Nicholson 1639) the second to Boyd.
