Advance Australia coat of arms, pre federation, arms featuring rising sun above a shield supported by kangaroo and emu, the shield divided into quarters and in these clockwise from top left are a golden fleece, 3-masted schooner, wheatsheaf and a miner's pick, water barrel and gold cradle, at the base is a scroll marked, 'Advance Australia', in the centre is a hole for fitting a securing bolt. Fine and scarce colonial type arms.
