Miller as Treasurer, and with bank stamp, on back is a Pay to Order bank stamp, punch hole cancelled 'PAID/+2 17 28/55-158'. Crisp, bisecting vertical fold, a couple of diagonal creases slightly affecting signature, otherwise fine.
