China, Ch'ing Dynasty (1644-1911), silver type boat shaped sycee ingot, similar (possibly silver) ingot, 12 ounce (380 g), with two sets of characters in two rectangular blocks uncertain readings, (cf.Cribb 337 [Pl.44]); together with two stamped horn like objects (fortune sticks) made in silver with two Chinese rectangular blocks of characters, (each weigh 57.50, 60.49 g). Very fine and unusual. (3)

China, charms, Q'ing (Ch'ing) Dynasty, uncertain emperor but issued in the mid 19th century, round horoscope inscriptional charm with round hole, 46mm, in bronze, (19.94 g), obv. inscription reading with the 12 signs of the Zodiac on the outer edge, rev. the eight diagrams of Fu Hsi and corresponding Chinese characters', (Zhong guo hua qian No.1490, p.335, cf.Schjoth 92 for reverse); another similar (14.11 g); another similar with reverse of dragon and other animals, (20.93 g); another round lucky open work amulet charm, with round hole, 55mm, in bronze, (24.29 g), obv. and rev. with two dragon face to face playing with a pearl, like images each side with air spaces between them, and other uncertain representations, (cf.Zhong guo hua qian No.81-84); another 62mm (41.49 g), with family figures around father facing left on left, rev. inscriptional tablet with snake, tortoise and other figures (Zhong guo hua qian No.60) and a curious mishapen cash from Korea.
