EDWARD VIII, 1937, set of four privately issued pattern/proof crowns in (.925) silver, copper, Barton's metal, and golden alloy. Obverse features crowned portrait of Edward by Donald R. Golder, based on the coinage effigy of Goerge V used on contemporary South African coinage. Reverse bears the crowned national shield. (4)
