Essex, Braintree, Goldsmith's halfpenny (D&H 4 (2)); Chelmsford, Clachar & Co.' halfpenny, 1794 (D&H 5,5b) mules by Kempson (D&H 6,7,8a, 8b, 8 var. edge payable in Hull and in London, should become 8d); Colchester, Heath's halfpenny 1794 (D&H 10,(2, one with obverse die cracks) 10a); Hornchurch, halfpenny, Edward IV right/shield (D&H 33), Warley, Prince of Wales halfpennies 1794 (D&H 36,37,38,a). Very fine-good extremely fine, only a few scarce. (17).
8d from R.J. Farnell Collection, one D&H 4 from Gothic in June 1983, die cracked 10 from W.G. Wright Collection, 38a from Myles Gerson, the others acquired in the 1960's mostly from Glendining's in 1964.
