KATANGA, ten francs, (1st December 1960), partly completed trial printing or essay by Waterlow and Sons, London. As Pick 11 but the front of the note only contains the underprint (showing the tint and Katanganese flag). The overprint with the portrait, design, legend, date and serial numbers are missing. Uncirculated.
