Conveyance, attested copy, J.T.Hughes and J.Hosking to H.H.Macarthur (Chairman of the Bank of Australia) and James Norton (Director of Bank of Australia), signed and dated, 4th October 1849. Mortgage, attested copy, James Norton by direction of Messrs Hughes and Hosking to H.H.Macarthur, signed and dated 6th October 1849. (3)
