Syria, Roman Province of Syria, after Seleucid kingdom of Philip Philadelphos, (after 64 B.C.) and issued in 26-5 B.C., silver tetradrachm, (14.30 grams), Antioch mint, obv. head of Philip to right, with diademed, rev. Zeus seated to left, on throne holding Nike, XAT monogram to left, K**D* in exergue, partial legends left and right, (S.7215, cf.BMC 7, RPC 4140, Numismatic Chron. 1919, p.108 No.33, SNG Fitz. 5830). Very fine.
