Sicily, Siculo-Punic, (c.325-290 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, mint of the camp, (16.486 grams), obv. head of young Melqart or Heracles wearing lion skin to right, rev. horse's head to left, trace of palm tree behind, border of dots, legend below 'the People of the Camp'. (S.6436, Dewing ACNAC 983, Jenkins SNR 1978, Series 5b). Slightly off centred and flat on the obverse, otherwise nearly very fine and scarce.
