EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy IV, (221-204 B.C.), AE 41, drachm, (80.8 grams), Alexandria mint, obv. diademed head of Zeus Ammon to right, rev. eagle to left with closed wings, standing on thunderbolt, in front cornucopiae, around **BASILEWS PTOLEMAIOU, between legs **SE, dotted border, (cf.S.7814, Sv. 992, BMC 69-71, SNG Cop. 205-6, Pitchfork 35). Attractive large flan, very fine.
