North-East Thames, Inscribed issue, Trinovantes, Tasciovanus (c.25 - 10 B.C.), gold quarter stater, first coinage of celticized style issued 25 - 20 B.C., (1.4 grams), obv. crossed wreaths, VE[RO] in angles, rev. Celticized horse to left, (S.163, Van A. 1690-1 notes as extremely rare). Very fine/good fine and extremely rare.
