Group of Four. Order of the British Empire (OBE) second type Civil Officer's breast badge; Military Medal (GVR); British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal. 3918 Pte S.W.L. Routley 23 Bn. A.I.F. Impressed. Very fine.

OBE: C.G.13 June 1959: 'For his outstanding service to the community, through his association with the Returned Sailors, Soldiers and Airmen's Imperial League of Australia, over a period of many years. Mr. Routley was largely responsible for sending 86,000 parcels to the British Empire Service League, London, for distributin amongst servicemen's families, and he was Chairman of the local War Comforts Fund and Prisoners of War Fund.' Together with: official Government House citation; copy recipient's RSL record; copy of photograph of recipient in uniform and in later life, copy of biography and 9 ct gold and enamel fob engraved'.
