Syria, Kingdom of, Antiochus VII, (138-129 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.90 grams), Tyre mint, issued year 182 = 131-0 B.C., obv. diademed head of Antiochus VII to right, fillet border, rev. Athena standing to left, holding Nike bearing a wreath in left hand, right hand on shield with Medusa head and holding spear, **BASILEWS ANTIOCOU*, and to left **EUER GETOU, to left monograms of Tyre and IEP over **ASU, and date **BPR and FP monogram in exergue, (S.7091, Newell Tyre 193, ACNAC Houghton 765). Good very fine, scarce.
