Thessaly, Larissa (under Macedonian domination), (350-325 B.C.), silver drachm, (6.2 grams), obv, facing head three-quarter to right of nymph Larissa, within dotted border, rev. horse grazing to left, with head down eating, above **LAPISAI, plain exergue, (S.2123, Lorber, head type 16, No.38.2(a), (this coin illustrated p.278, and described p.269), SNG Lockett 1580 same obverse die]). Slightly off centre on the obverse with nearly full flan and clear ethnic on the reverse, of fine style with developing die crack on obverse, good very fine/very fine, scarce with an photographic petigree.
