ABORIGINAL KING PLATE OR GORGET, in brass (172 x 110mm), inscribed 'Tommy Lamber/ King/ of/ Berewamberia/ 1838'. Kangaroo and emu at each apex, aboriginal spearing kangaroo and tree each side of centre. One of the earliest dated king plates. Good fine and rare.
