J.E.Hood, Watchmaker & Jeweller, Itchen Street, Oamaru, N.Z., lucky pocket piece, struck in aluminium (32mm), no maker, ring set with a British farthing of 1908 (G.-; TMR.p155). Surface marks, otherwise extremely fine and very rare.
Ex Julian Brook Collection, private purchase February 2008 and previously from Leon Morel in March 1999.
