MRU (METROPOLITAN RUGBY UNION), Premiership Season 1908, prize fob in gold (tested as 9ct; 12.86g; 35x35mm), by W.Kerr, scroll and ring top suspension, reverse inscribed, 'Won By/Newtown/D.R.F.C./P.McCue'.

P.McCue of the Newtown District Rugby Football Club represented NSW in the games played against the visiting British rugby team in 1908. Playing in the second row, he was also selected in the Australian rugby team to tour England in that same year.
