Syria, Kingdom of, Antiochos I, (280-261 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.70 g), Antioch Mint. obv. diademed head to right with dotted border, rev. Apollo seated left on omphalos, holding arrow and bow; **PO* monogram outer left, AI monogram in exergue, to left ANTIOXOY, to right **BASILEWS*, (S.6866, SC 335.2, Le Rider, Antioche 6 (A1/P3, this coin), WSM 937). Toned, nearly extremely fine/good very fine, very rare.
