Ancient Coin Pendant, Severus Alexander sestertius in 18ct gold surround mount (total weight 28.12g), obv. laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust facing right, rev. Mars running right, in military dress, holding a spear in right hand and shield on left arm (RIC IV 635d). Traces of lacquer at 5 on obverse and on Mars on reverse, otherwise very fine.
