In unofficial case with ticket marked 'B.B.Docker/Air Force Nursing/Service' (no other documentation).
Betty Bristow Docker, born 23Mar1920 at St Kilda, Melbourne, Vic; Enl.21Feb1940 (N39572) C500511; served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam; awarded RRC Second Class (01Jan1968); retired 1975 as Group Officer and Director of RAAF Nursing Service; other awards include Queen's Honorary Nursing Sister Award (1969), Royal Red Cross First Class (13Jun1970), Florence Nightingale Medal (1971), National Medal (1977); Died 2001 with funeral service held at Royal Military College, Duntroon.
