Augustus, (27 B.C. - A.D. 14), AE quadrans, Rome Mint, issued 8 B.C. by Pulcher, Taurus and Regulus, the IIIviri monetales, (3.45 g), obv. PVLCHER TAVRVS REGVLVS around cornucopiae and SC, rev. III VIR A A A F F around altar, (S.1698, RIC 425); another issued 9 B.C. by Lamia, Silivs and Annivs moneyers, obv. similar with LAMIA SILIVS ANNIVS around, rev. as before (S.1695, RIC 422). Toned, very fine or better and scarce. (2)
