China, Chou Dynasty, Spring and Autumn period, (400-300 B.C.), bronze small rounded shoulder square footed spade money, (arched foot spade) value one, obv, "An-yi Yi Jin", rev. plain, (Peaceful City State) issue, length 64mms, (23.42 g), (Hartill 3.10, Coole Vol.2, 1049, Sch. 1, TFP 301). Light green uneven earthern patina, fine and rare.
